We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most of our delicious treats. Just like we carefully package each order with love, we’ll handle your return with the same care and attention.
🔍 What Can Be Returned?
Most of our sweet products can be returned if they’re:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received them
- Not part of our non-returnable items (see below)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bulk unwrapped candy (like our Bulk Unwrapped Candy selection)
- Personalized candy items (such as custom Candy Buffet orders)
- Any food items with broken seals or signs of tampering
📦 How to Return Your Order
Returning your candy is as easy as 1-2-3!
Step 1: Contact Our Candy Helpers

- Your order number
- Photos of the items you wish to return
- Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you return instructions if approved. We’ll include a return authorization number that must be included with your package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely (just like we do!) and ship to:

Please include your return authorization number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
💸 Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return (which typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
Refund Methods:
- Original payment method: Refunds will go back to your Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return

- In your email, specify you’d like an exchange and list your preferred replacement items
- We’ll calculate any price difference and process accordingly
- Your new candy will ship once we receive the return
